All staff at Novotel are wonderful. Staff members NOP & AU were very helpful throughout our stay there. They were always ready with a great smile and answered all our questions cheerfully. We would recommend Novotel Kata Beach for a wonderful holiday

Service is super good. can use Chinese. Chinese service Grace is super brilliant. sea view is also very good. super clean and hygienic. next time to Phuket I will stay here again

Staff are fantastic and very accommodating (especially Grace and Ing). Rooms spacious, food fantastic , pool awesome, massages very good.
